Take the Magnolia St. exit north and stay on Magnolia; after a few blocks, it intersects Bolsa Ave. Turn right and the Asian Garden Mall will be on the right hand side within minutes.

From State 22:

Take the Magnolia St. exit south and stay on Magnolia; after a few blocks, it intersects Bolsa Ave. Turn left and the Asian Garden Mall will be on the right hand side within minutes.
